Yong-Hwa Kim

Chairman
As Chairman of the North Korean Refugees Human Rights Association and a committed human rights advocate, Yong-Hwa has dedicated himself to advancing the rights of North Korean refugees. He has led initiatives to rescue and protection of over 6,000 refugees and has worked actively to increase global awareness regarding human rights violations in the country. Yong-Hwa collaborates with civil society and international organizations globally, championing the rights of refugees to survival and successful resettlement.

Ji-Eun Yoo

Secretary
As Secretary of the North Korean Refugees Human Rights Association, Ji-Eun is a North Korean refugee dedicated to safeguarding and advancing the rights of her compatriots, especially those resettling in South Korea. She manages the organization's overall operations and collaborates with domestic and international partners to promote refugee welfare, integration, and advocacy.

International Outreach
As a second-generation North Korean refugee, Ian plays an integral role in the organization's development by managing international outreach and social media strategies aimed at increasing public visibility and awareness.
